Waterford.com Return Policy?
Waterford.com has a detailed return policy. If a product is imperfect or damaged, customers are advised to contact the Customer Care Advisors for instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a replacement. If a customer is not satisfied with a product and wishes to return it, they have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product at their expense in the original packaging. A refund equal to the original amount charged for the product will be issued within 14 days of receiving the product in original condition. However, shipping costs related to the original order and/or the return of the order will not be refunded. Customers are recommended to use a recorded delivery service that provides a tracking number for their protection. The customer is responsible for the expense of returning the goods to Waterford.com unless the item delivered was in error or was faulty or damaged.
In terms of shipping, all orders ship from the warehouse in Wall, New Jersey, USA and may be shipped to a single address. Shipping rates are based on the delivery method selected. Orders are delivered within 2-7 business days, including 1-2 days of order processing. Gift wrapped and engraved orders may incur additional order processing time. Orders must be placed by 10:30am ET to be shipped the same business day. Orders must ship to a single address located within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, or Washington, DC. Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses, PO Box, APO or FPO addresses. For some orders, UPS may require a signature upon delivery. Depending on the size of the order, it may be shipped in multiple cartons.
Please note that these policies apply only to products purchased at Waterford.com. Products purchased from Waterford Company Stores or Waterford Dealers must be returned at the point of purchase.
